These Terms govern your use of the Vartul App (“Platform”). By using the App, you accept these Terms.
1. USE OF THE APP
You must be 18+ to use the App.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you input into the system.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in illegal activity.
2. ACCOUNT & ACCESS
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of the Terms.
3. SERVICES PROVIDED
Vartul enables:
Inventory and stock management
Buy/sell workflow and item tracking
Material movement logging
Billing and invoicing
Operational workflow management
View of Pricing of scrap across India
We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.
4. PAYMENTS
Some services may require subscription or fee-based access.
All payments made are non-refundable unless mandated by law.
Service activation begins only after receipt of full payment (where applicable).
5. USER DATA & CONTENT
You own all operational data you enter in the App.
By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the service.
6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You must not:
Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the App
Upload harmful content or malware
Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
Interfere with servers or security mechanisms
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, logos, software, and content belong to Circular Suite Solutions Private Limited, (referred to as Vartul- brand name of the software/app).
You may not replicate or use them without prior permission.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for business losses, consequential damages, or system downtime.
We provide the App on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
9. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising due to misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
10. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access:
For breach of Terms, misuse, fraud, or security threat
If required by law
You may stop using the App at any time.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India
